This Field Based Athletic Development program is designed to help athletes playing field based sports such as Rugby or AFL, gain the competitive edge they need to succeed. Our exercises are specifically tailored to target the movements and muscle groups used in these sports, helping to improve performance and reduce the likelihood of injury. The program includes two 75-90 minute sessions per week over eight weeks in a gym setting, and is suitable for athletes aged 14 and over.
